During step 1 of the checkout process there is a box for special instructions or comments about your order.  Please describe who you would like to address the gift certificate to as well as who the gift certificate is from. 

Please also note if you would prefer us to email to the gift recipient or mail by USPS.  If you prefer us to email please include email address in this box as well.
