Unit features a dependable piezo crystal ignition system that lights the flame evenly for consistent temperatures across the entire grill surface and a warming rack that locks in place,. They're made of 100% 18-9 polished stainless steel for the ultimate in corrosion resistance and use a standard disposable 1-lb propane canister or your onboard LPF or CNG system.. Heat to 7500 BTUs. The Catalina can use single or double table mounts.
