Why do I need to reset my password?

We recently changed shopping cart software and some passwords were encrypted when transferring info to new server and will need to be reset.  Please see steps below to change your password.

1.  Click My Account at the top of any page

2.  Click Forgot your Password? under the Sign into Your Account

3.  Type your email address and click Continue

4.  You will receive an email that asks you to confirm that you requested to change your paswword.

5.  You will receive a 2nd email with a temporary password which you will use to login.

6.  Once you are logged in under My Account - click Your Account Details

7.  Enter your new password and then enter it a second time to confirm.  Click Update My Details

How long will it take for my custom boat mat to ship?
