Boat Mart USA Shipping Policy:

Orders placed before 12:00PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are shipped the following business day. In the event an item is not in stock, we will notify you within one business day. Your order will be delivered in 1-5 business days****. Delivery days begin the day after shipping. Allow additional transit time for drop-shipped items. Your order will be sent via UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS or Common Carrier. Delivery is Monday through Friday only.

*Please note that items on Boat Mart USA could be shipped from several warehouses around the USA.

NEW FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEES

Boat Mart USA is pleased to announce $9.95 flat rate shipping on all ground orders*. In addition, you can choose to ship your order overnight for $29.95*.  The rates listed below are for delivery to the US 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations please call or email for exact shipping charges. Canadian orders will be charged exact shipping cost and will be totaled in shopping cart. International Shipping (Outside the USA & Canada):

Boat Mart USA has partnered with a trusted 3rd party company, International Checkout to fullfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any item you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an International Checkout cart. You may pay with international credit cards, paypal, and bank wire transfers. International Checkout will process your payment and gurantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout Sales Department.


Boat Mart USA Returns Policy:

Boat Mart USA wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Upon receiving your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us for return instructions. Please review the return requirements below.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise shall not be returned without a valid RGA number. Please Contact Us to receive your RGA number.
  • Returned products must be in brand new, factory mint condition.
  • Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.
  • Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.
  • Special orders and material made to order or cut to length are not returnable.
  • Goods returned after 15 days from invoice will incur a 25% handling and restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice. Returns must be sent prepaid shipping.
  • NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted by Boat Mart USA within 15 days from the invoice date, at Boat Mart USA’s discretion for: store credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 0 percent restocking fee.
  • NON-DEFECTIVE items returned between 15 and 30 days from invoice will incur a 25% handling and restocking fee and be issued store credit or exchange.
  • Every effort is made to properly pack all orders. If, however, damage should occur during shipping, please write the details on the freight bill and immediately file a proper claim with the delivering carrier.
  • Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.
  • SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Note: Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
